About Our Company..

CRAFTY CRAFTERS started around 17 years ago with it's 90 store World Wide Crafts and Gifts mall. Here crafters could link up to 5 of our many listed stores and offer their crafts world wide for a very small annual fee. Crafty Crafters has been in business on the Internet for about 15 years. 

Following the success with our crafts mall, Crafty Crafters has now become the sales agent for several other internet companies, including NATURE'S HEALTH COMPANY, LLC.

 Your privacy and credit card security is of utmost important to us. Personal information collected is only that which is required to process your order. This will include your complete name, mailing address, email address and phone number along with the credit card number, expiration date and CVV number.  Your email address will be collected so an email and receipt can be sent to you confirming your order.

Your information will never be sold, exchanged or given to anyone.  And, we do not store your credit card number!
You will never be put on an auto ship or mailing list. 

Basically, our policy is to treat you as we ourselves would wish to be treated. We appreciate you selecting our products and look forward to adding you to our long list of customers.

Orders are typically shipped the following day after receipt. Most orders are shipped by Priority Mail with tracking information to help assure a quick, easy shipment. Since the Post Office will no longer guarantee what used to be known as "overnight" or "express delivery" we cannot offer those services.

Since we sell dietary supplements, no opened bottles can be returned. Should you wish to return an UNOPENED item to our inventory, PRIOR APPROVAL MUST BE OBTAINED . There will be a 25% restocking fee on all unauthorized returns. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded. 

Damaged goods or shipping errors must be reported to us within five (5) business days after your shipment was received. The replacement item will be re shipped at our expense. No refunds after 30 days.
