You can securely place your order online 24 hr. per day, 7 days per week. Our site is regularly hacker tested by MacAfee.

If you prefer, you can place your order by phone using our toll free number 1-800-571-4321  from 8 am- 8 pm Central Standard Time. If representatives are busy, please leave your name and number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Payment:
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Debit cards with a Master Card or Visa logo on them.

If paying by money order, please make money orders payable to Nature's Health Company. (Be sure to include shipping costs). Include your complete name and mailing address and contact phone number with your order.

Privacy Policy:
Unlike many companies, Nature's Health Company does not sell, trade or exchange your personal information, email address or other information with any one, ever! The information we request is only that which is necessary to process your order and get your product to you as quickly as possible.
 

Return Policy:
Opened product cannot be returned or exchanged. No credit will be given on any opened product. Please contact us BEFORE returning any product.

Unopened product must be authorized before returning and is subject to restock charges of 15-30%. Shipping charges
cannot be refunded. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
 

Shipping Policy:
We ship using USPS (post office) Priority Mail. Our reason for this is many of our customers use PO Boxes and cannot receive packages via UPS or FedEx. Also, we have found the USPS to offer fast and reliable service even to the most rural areas.
 

International Orders:
Typically, we ship by Global Express Mail. We have found this method to be quick and reliable and usually, the most cost effective.  Using Global Express Mail allows us track and insure the order.

International customers are responsible for contacting their customs department to be sure there are no restrictions against the products being ordered. We cannot be responsible for packages held or returned by customs. If a product is returned to us due to customs rejection, we will refund the product cost minus processing fees and shipping costs.

Occasionally orders placed online will not show actual shipping costs due to variations in shipping cost from one country to antoher. If this happens, we will send you an email advising you of the additional amount needed. You will then need to reply authorizing us to charge your account the additional amount needed for shipment.

We CANNOT add the needed  shipping charges without your email approval. Therefore, if we do not hear back from you giving authorization, your order will automatically cancel in 7-10 days.

Please notice your credit card charges will show on your statement under the company name of Crafty Crafters.
